Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for future technological demands.
- High-Level Design: Create and oversee the implementation of complex system designs, integrating emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing readiness and advanced AI models.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-level executives and product managers.
- Vendor & Tech Stack Strategy: Evaluate and select the most effective technologies to support the company's long-term goals.
- Disaster Recovery & Security: Develop robust frameworks to ensure data integrity and system resilience against evolving cyber threats.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in software architecture and system design, with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future-Ready Skills: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML integration and a strong understanding of next-gen computing paradigms.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Professional Cloud Architect (AWS/Azure/GCP) or equivalent is highly preferred.
