- Develop patentable innovation frameworks for human-centric AI systems
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external investors with data-driven roadmaps
- Establish industry partnerships with research institutions and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Mentor emerging talent in future technology ethics and implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural interfaces, or ethical AI frameworks
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ products)
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Strong executive communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding or partnerships
