- Secure $5M+ in innovation funding through stakeholder presentations
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term innovation impact
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience with horizon scanning and future scenario planning
- Executive stakeholder management with $100M+ budget exposure
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or PhD)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
