Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling AI-driven solutions for enterprise clients
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech integration, etc.)
- Present strategic innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget with KPI-driven optimization
- Build partnerships with leading academic institutions and venture capital firms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrable impact on 5+ product launches
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (GenAI, Web3, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making framework
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing organizational strategy
