Qualifications

- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making acumen
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CII) preferred
