Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap for quantum-adjacent technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams of AI researchers, sustainability engineers, and futurists
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships and government grants
- Champion ethical AI frameworks and carbon-neutral tech deployment standards
- Present breakthrough concepts at global forums like TED and Davos
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Future Leaders program
- Drive commercialization of 3+ patented technologies by 2028
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or related field with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in AI governance frameworks and sustainable tech lifecycle management
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF, DOE)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
- Portfolio of 5+ commercialized innovations
- Strong network with Fortune 500 CTOs and academic institutions
