- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, sustainable tech)
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budgeting and ROI analysis
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills
- Experience with agile/lean methodologies in innovation contexts
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications
