Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks for emerging technologies and societal trends
- Create strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Conduct scenario planning for climate resilience and sustainable business models
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across enterprise functions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive analysis and trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership on technology or societal transformation
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategy
- Deep knowledge of AI ethics, biotech trends, or circular economy principles
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
