Responsibilities

- Produce visionary whitepapers and scenario analyses for C-suite and board-level decision-making

- Mentor a dedicated team of futurist analysts and innovation strategists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technology trend analysis (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related discipline
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or industry publications
