- Produce high-impact trend reports and white papers for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design and monitor KPIs for future-readiness across organizational pillars
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor a team of junior futurists and analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of influencing multi-year corporate strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting platforms
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
