Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology impact assessments across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to map alternative futures and prepare organizational resilience strategies
- Produce executive-level trend briefings on disruptive innovations and their market implications
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to capture emerging breakthroughs
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narrative frameworks
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field preferred
- Experience developing long-term strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 organizations
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or thought leadership
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
