Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) and their business implications through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise-level decision-making
- Lead horizon scanning workshops to identify emerging technologies and disruptive business models
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations with data-driven insights
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future perspectives into innovation roadmaps
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory evolutions affecting long-term strategy
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, trend analysis, or innovation strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and quantitative forecasting models
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their market implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic impact
