- Design and implement innovation labs for prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present strategic foresight insights to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure long-term strategic impact and adaptation readiness
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate quantum computing and AI integration initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record in anticipating and capitalizing on disruptive trends
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, and climate innovation
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 environments
- Strong proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Certification in Innovation Management or Strategic Foresight preferred
