Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through quantitative modeling and qualitative trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Establish KPIs for emerging tech adoption and measure ROI against disruption timelines
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies
- Author thought leadership on industry evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year horizon planning
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, bioengineering, AGI)
- Proven ability to translate foresight into operational strategy
- Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/DF) strongly preferred
