As a key member of our Global Strategy Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and industry disruptors to translate futuristic concepts into actionable blueprints. You'll lead horizon-scanning initiatives, identify paradigm-shifting opportunities, and mitigate risks in an accelerating technological landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using advanced scenario modeling and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence) to business applications
- Produce quarterly 'Future State Briefings' for executive leadership with actionable strategic recommendations
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks focused on 2030+ technological trajectories
- Design and implement KPI systems for tracking strategic initiatives against future-state benchmarks
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Future Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, AI, synthetic biology, quantum)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic foresight implementation
