Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks integrating AI ethics, climate resilience, and human augmentation trends
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation roadmaps with 2026 market projections
- Present foresight findings to Fortune 500 clients through executive workshops and white papers
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and domain experts across 15+ industries
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and technological disruption scenarios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercialized products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation required
- Publication record in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry white papers
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience building cross-continental innovation ecosystems for 2030+ horizons
