Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) to inform strategic planning
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 vision roadmap with measurable KPIs and milestones
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder sessions to align on future priorities
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive market shifts and technological inflection points
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies and innovation initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate global policy, economic, and social trends affecting long-term strategy
- Present compelling future narratives to investors, partners, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate planning
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
