Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic foresight framework targeting 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with executive stakeholders and R&D teams
- Create quantitative and qualitative scenario models for future business ecosystems
- Author strategic whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging industry trends
- Coordinate with venture partners to identify and evaluate next-gen acquisition targets
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and technology summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from WFS or APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and trend analysis deliverables
- Experience scaling innovation programs within Fortune 500 environments
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socioeconomic disruptors
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level influence
