Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and validate 2026 technology trends
- Develop strategic whitepapers on disruptive innovations (quantum AI, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present quarterly trend briefings to executive leadership
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Author thought leadership content for industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or futures research
- Proven track record of predicting technology adoption curves
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership in tech or business journals
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
