Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight initiatives, identifying emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for future business environments and competitive landscapes
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate future-ready innovations into development roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Present future outlooks to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visual storytelling
- Mentor junior futurists and build a culture of continuous innovation and forward-thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles at tech-forward companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Track record of successful strategic initiatives implemented in Fortune 500 environments
