Your insights will directly shape our product development, market entry strategies, and long-term competitive advantage in an exponentially changing landscape.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to identify high-impact opportunities and threats through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for technological adoption and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-proofing initiatives
- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design and implement foresight methodologies across the organization
- Present future vision narratives to stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Strong network within futurist and innovation communities
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
