Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable innovation
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers and conference keynotes
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record in forecasting technology adoption curves
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AI, biotech, space economy, or climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (3+ articles)
