Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core business operations
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and industry transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their market implications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Studies, Business, Technology, or related field
- Exceptional data analysis and predictive modeling skills
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
