Qualifications
- PhD in Future Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies with $100M+ impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or space habitat development
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures or technology journals
- Deep understanding of global regulatory landscapes for advanced AI and biotech
- Experience leading multinational R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Fluency in strategic scenario planning and probabilistic forecasting methodologies
