Responsibilities

- Direct cross-functional R&D initiatives in our Austin Innovation Lab
- Build predictive analytics frameworks using quantum-resistant algorithms
- Present future-vision keynotes at Davos, CES, and industry summits
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 10+ years in technology strategy consulting or corporate R&D leadership
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP-V, cross-impact matrices)
- Deep technical fluency in quantum computing, generative AI, and climate tech
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to market impact
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to diverse stakeholders
