Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to map technological, social, and economic shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to prototype future-ready solutions
- Author predictive intelligence reports with actionable 5-year roadmaps
- Identify and quantify high-impact disruption vectors in target markets
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align emerging technologies with long-term vision
- Present foresight findings to executive boards and investor forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and quantitative forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
