- Establish and maintain relationships with emerging tech startups, research institutions, and innovation hubs
- Design and implement horizon scanning frameworks to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-proof principles into user experience design
- Present strategic futures briefings to investors, partners, and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology futurism
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption forecasting
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future concepts
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating previous futures projects with measurable business impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners)
