- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps aligning with emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead executive briefings on paradigm shifts and disruptive market forces
- Establish quantitative forecasting models for technology adoption and market evolution
- Champion design thinking workshops to prototype future-state solutions
- Author thought leadership publications positioning company as industry futurist authority
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent with 8+ years relevant experience
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic plans for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and technology adoption curves
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and executive communication skills
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from Foresight Practitioners Network)
- Published research on future of work or digital transformation trends
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Futures Platform, Scenarioplus)
