Responsibilities
- Define the AI Vision: Articulate and implement a comprehensive AI strategy for the company, specifically targeting the technological milestones required by the year 2026.
- Lead Research & Development: Oversee the design and implementation of advanced machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of AI engineers, researchers, and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and executive leadership to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Ensure the scalability, security, and efficiency of our AI infrastructure on major cloud platforms.
- Roadmap Management: Prioritize features and research initiatives to align with the company's long-term strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision. Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to define long-term technical roadmaps and translate them into actionable projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated experience solving complex, large-scale problems in high-pressure environments.
