What You Will Do
As a 2026 Readiness Lead, you will spearhead the integration of next-generation technologies including autonomous agents, quantum-ready algorithms, and immersive spatial computing. You will define the technical standards that will govern our operations five years from now.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technology strategy to align with 2026 industry standards and market disruptions.
- Tech Stack Evaluation: Assess and pilot emerging technologies (e.g., Agentic AI, Neuromorphic computing) to determine viability for enterprise deployment.
- Legacy Modernization: Lead the architectural transition of existing systems to scalable, future-proof cloud-native architectures.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with product, security, and R&D teams to embed future-forward design principles into every project.
- Vendor & Ecosystem Management: Identify and evaluate partnerships with key players in the future-tech landscape.
- Change Management: Educate stakeholders and technical teams on upcoming technological shifts and their implications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Technology Leadership.
- Technical Vision: Deep understanding of upcoming technologies in the 2025-2026 timeframe, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum Computing basics.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale digital transformations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex future-tech concepts into clear business strategies.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to anticipate market trends and solve high-level architectural challenges.
