Job Description
Join NeuroSync Technologies at the forefront of human-computer symbiosis. We're seeking a visionary 2026 Quantum UX Researcher to pioneer next-generation interface paradigms that will redefine how humanity interacts with AI. This role demands a fusion of cognitive neuroscience, quantum computing principles, and predictive user behavior modeling. You'll architect the bridge between human consciousness and emerging quantum computing environments, creating seamless experiences for technologies that don't yet exist.
Why NeuroSync? We're not just building products – we're architecting the cognitive infrastructure for 2026. Our lab operates at the intersection of neuroscience, quantum computing, and predictive analytics, with backing from DARPA and NASA's quantum initiatives.

- Design and conduct quantum-entangled user studies using neural-interface prototypes
- Develop predictive UX models for consciousness-computing interfaces
- Lead cross-functional quantum cognition workshops with AI development teams
- Create adaptive UX frameworks for probabilistic computing environments
- Author breakthrough research papers on quantum-human interaction patterns
- Prototype holographic user interfaces using quantum-teleportation principles
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging interaction paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience, Human-Computer Interaction, or Quantum Psychology
- 5+ years researching emergent interface technologies (AR/VR/BCI)
- Proficiency in quantum UX modeling tools (QuantumUX Pro, NeuroMapper 4.0)
- Published research in Nature Human Behaviour or ACM Digital Library
- Experience with consciousness-computing interfaces (NeuroLink, MindSync)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence in user experience systems
- Portfolio demonstrating predictive UX frameworks for probabilistic systems
