Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems supporting >1000 qubit operations
- Design hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum network topology development across 5 US data centers
- Develop quantum error mitigation protocols achieving 99.9% fidelity
- Create security frameworks for post-quantum cryptographic transitions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Research emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonics) for roadmap integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quil)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Certification in quantum security (e.g., IQM Professional)
