Responsibilities

- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Secure $5M+ in research funding through grant applications and industry partnerships
- Mentor junior researchers and develop quantum computing curriculum for academic partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Published record in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant computing
- Experience with superconducting qubit manipulation and control systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and information theory
- Demonstrated ability to secure government/industry research grants
