Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, PRL, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum error correction, superconducting qubits, or trapped-ion systems
- Proven track record of leading quantum computing R&D projects with measurable outcomes
- Strong programming skills in Python, Qiskit, and C++ for quantum simulation
