Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years' experience
- Proven track record publishing in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Experience leading teams of 15+ researchers with $5M+ budgets
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and topological qubits
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain DoD clearance
- Published patents in quantum cryptography or distributed quantum systems
