Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead R&D initiatives for quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize qubit connectivity and coherence
- Develop quantum algorithms for practical industry applications in finance, healthcare, and materials science
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptographic systems
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish research in leading journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record in developing quantum algorithms with real-world implementations
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures including superconducting and photonic systems
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and cloud quantum platforms
- Published research in quantum computing or related top-tier conferences
