Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures for 2026-era computational challenges
- Lead development of quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Optimize hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit coherence improvements
- Develop quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography
- Present research findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Summit
- Mentor junior quantum engineers on emerging QML techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Physics with 3+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature Quantum, PRL)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or trapped-ion platforms
- Deep understanding of quantum Shannon theory and quantum information theory
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm development for NISQ devices
- Strong background in quantum error correction and topological codes
