- Conduct performance benchmarking and scalability analysis

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design and qubit manipulation
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and laser control systems
- Strong background in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Proven ability to translate theoretical models into practical implementations
