Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures targeting 2026 technological milestones
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols for industrial applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams integrating quantum hardware with classical computing systems
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography implementations
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to deploy quantum solutions in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Publish research in top-tier quantum computing journals and conferences
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and contribute to technical roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerance techniques
- Published research in quantum computing or demonstrated industry breakthroughs
- Experience leading technical teams and managing R&D projects
