Responsibilities

- Mentor junior researchers while publishing breakthrough findings in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA) and error mitigation techniques
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
