Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for 2026-era computational workloads
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid system integration protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum error correction algorithms
- Research and prototype novel quantum materials for qubit stability
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum software development

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or superconducting qubit design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum optimization
