Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced algorithms for AI model optimization

- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals/conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, Qiskit, TensorFlow Quantum, and Cirq
- Track record of publications in quantum/AI research (arXiv, Nature, etc.)
- Experience with high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical solutions
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
