Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum-AI hybrid research protocols for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, neuroscientists, and ML specialists
- Develop ethical frameworks for human-AI symbiosis systems
- Secure $50M+ in government and private research funding
- Pioneer quantum-resistant security protocols for critical infrastructure
- Author white papers for IEEE and ACM journals
- Mentor post-quantum cryptography PhD candidates
- Advise US congressional tech policy committees
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics from Tier-1 institution
- 10+ years research experience with quantum algorithms
- Published 20+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants
- Deep understanding of post-quantum cryptography standards
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Loihi, TrueNorth)
- Fluency in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
