Responsibilities

- Secure and manage multi-million dollar federal and corporate research grants
- Develop patent-pending quantum optimization algorithms for logistics and drug discovery
- Present findings at Davos, IEEE Quantum Week, and ACM conferences
- Mentor PhD candidates and publish 3+ high-impact papers annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or AI with 8+ years R&D
- Published 10+ papers in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proven $10M+ grant acquisition record from NSF, DARPA, or Horizon Europe
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum error correction protocols
- Experience with neuromorphic computing and photonic quantum systems
- Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain one
