Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in Qiskit/IBM Quantum Experience
- Strong Python/C++ for quantum simulation
- Proven grant-writing success ($10M+ secured)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems
- Clearance for DOE/NIST projects preferred
