Responsibilities
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing quantum-AI hybrid algorithms
- Design scalable quantum neural networks for enterprise applications
- Secure $5M+ in research grants and industry partnerships
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits (2026: Davos, Web Summit)
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
- Collaborate with NASA, IBM, and MIT on classified quantum initiatives
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature Quantum
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics
- 8+ years in quantum algorithm development or AI research
- Published work in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow Quantum
- Experience securing DoD or NSF research grants
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction protocols
- Expertise in NISQ-era hardware limitations and workarounds
