Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid architectures for next-gen autonomous systems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning optimization for real-world applications
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum-AI integration across aerospace, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Mentor cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, ML engineers, and domain specialists
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding by presenting breakthrough proposals to global investors
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for quantum-AI deployment in regulated industries
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or neural networks
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Track record of scaling quantum-AI solutions from prototype to production
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
