Responsibilities
- Architect and implement hybrid quantum-AI frameworks for next-gen computational systems
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning algorithms and neural networks
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on quantum supremacy projects
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processors optimized for deep learning workloads
- Develop proprietary quantum encryption protocols for secure AI deployment
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Computing conferences
- Mentor a team of quantum software engineers and AI researchers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years building production quantum computing systems or advanced AI models
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum-AI convergence
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and distributed quantum computing
- Experience with D-Wave or IBM Quantum systems
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ in quantum research grants
