- Lead end-to-end execution of the 2026 Project roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility
- Drive innovation through agile methodologies, delivering iterative breakthroughs in AI integration and predictive analytics
- Build and mentor high-performing teams across engineering, design, and product domains
- Establish strategic partnerships with industry leaders and academic institutions
- Present project vision and progress to executive stakeholders and investors
- Oversee budget allocation and resource optimization for $50M+ project portfolio
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in technology project leadership with 5+ years in innovation-driven environments
- Proven track record delivering complex projects in AI, machine learning, or quantum computing
- Expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and enterprise-level PM methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Certifications in PMP, CSM, or equivalent preferred
- Experience managing cross-continental teams and stakeholder management
