Responsibilities
- Architect and execute end-to-end project strategy for the 2026 initiative, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and product domains to deliver complex milestones
- Develop comprehensive project roadmaps with aggressive timelines and measurable KPIs
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development cycles
- Manage stakeholder communications, presenting progress to C-suite executives and board members
- Optimize resource allocation and budget management for multi-million dollar project scope
- Identify and mitigate risks through proactive contingency planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years progressive experience in technology project leadership, including 3+ years in C-suite reporting roles
- Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise-scale projects with $5M+ budgets
- Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid project frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, quantum computing)
- Exceptional strategic planning and executive communication abilities
- PMP or PgMP certification required with advanced degrees in CS/Engineering preferred
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams across 3+ time zones
